Shipping from UK to USA is straightforward via FedEx and using the USA watch import system, which has a small duty on watches based on value allocation. In general this costs $200 – $400 all in, Though last time I used Fedex they increased prices.
Alternatively, I move back and forwards from UK to USA about every 6 weeks.
Payments: Bitcoin is my preferred payment, based on exchange rate at the moment you make the payment, so no risk to you. Otherwise, US dollars or UK sterling, wired to my Hong Kong HSBC account.
