My opinion
This is an honest watch with the correct, original specification parts that are likely to be the original all through. The case shows light wear and has no evidence of polishing. The step dial is in Very Good to Excellent condition. The bezel is correct and in Good condition, with a slight blemish at the “A”. Overall the obvious “one owner” charactersitic shines through and make this an especially attractive example.
