A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE SPECIAL WATCHES FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTOR

145.022-74

An original one owner watch, that we sympathetically restored from its very well-used condition.

The central chrono hand was incorrect, so replaced with a correct one. The bracelet was checked and seems strong enough – one of the end links was after market so I replaced it with a correct vintage one.

The watch arrived generally tired but in an original and commensurate way, and the patina is correct and attractive. Once cleaned, it is transformed into what you see here, an original example in Excellent mechanical condition with cosmetic signs of ownership.

Typical of a watch that has been owned and serviced, this is a great example of a privately owned watch that has not been over restored and retains its character, while at the same time it is fully working and solid, with no major corrosion or defects.

It has some minor non-structural corrosion on the mid-case between the lugs. It is hard to see. There is damage on the one o’clock lug.

A lovely capsule of history, worn but solid and serviced, and competitively priced.
