A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE SPECIAL WATCHES FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTOR

145.012-67 Black Racing

Here is the best example of a black racing speedmaster that I have handled (and I have handled over 15 examples).

This one has the special professional dial, with its unique plate design, smaller subdials. The central chrono hand is the Ultraman specification needle.

The professional dial is rarely seen at auction.

This dial is the most vibrant and clean example I know of.

I bought it at auction, and the auctioneer who I know personally told me it came straight from the family of the original owner.

The endlinks came with the watch, and are non-original. I have not changed them as I like to keep watches as arrived if it shows the history.

Extract confirms dial.

History

I bought this watch from Sothebys in 2019 and then serviced it.

The auctioneer told me it was owned by a family and this is the best one I have seen, apart from the one I am keeping because it has papers

I am selling this extremely special watch as I am trying to reduce my collection to one example of each reference.

I think this is a rare opportunity to acquire the finest example of the Black Racing Professional.
